LIMITED PRODUCT WARRANTY
Cubot warrants the original purchaser that your Cubot product shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. Except otherwise provided by applicable law, the warranty lasts and is provided for 1 year. Notwithstanding the foregoing clause, Cubot does not exclude, limit or suspend the minimum legal warranty period imposed by applicable law.
Cubot does not warrant the operation of the product will be uninterrupted or error-free.
EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS
Unless otherwise stipulated by Cubot, this Limited Warranty applies only to the Product manufactured by or for Cubot, that can be identified by the "Cubot" or "Cubot" trademark, trade name, or logo affixed to it.
The Limited Warranty does not apply to any: (a) Damage due to acts of nature or God, for example, lightning strikes, tornadoes flood, fire, earthquake or other external causes; (b) Negligence; (c) Commercial use; (d) Alterations or modifications to any part of the product; (e) Damage caused by use with non-Cubot products; (f) Damage caused by accident, abuse, or misuse; (g) Damage caused by operating the product outside the permitted or intended uses described by Cubot or with improper voltage or power supply; (h) Damage caused by service (including upgrades and expansions) performed by anyone who is not a representative of Cubot or (i) failure to follow instructions relating to the Product's usage.
Recovery and reinstallation of software programs and user data are not covered under this Limited Warranty. No Cubot reseller, agent, or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension, or addition to this Limited Warranty. If any term is held to be illegal or unenforceable, the legality or enforceability of the remaining terms shall not be affected or impaired.
Except as prohibited by laws or otherwise promised by Cubot, the after-sales services shall be limited to the country or region of the original purchase.
Products which were not duly imported and/or were not duly manufactured by Cubot and/or were not duly acquired from Cubot or a Cubot's official seller are not covered by the present warranties. As per applicable law, you may benefit from warranties from the non-official retailer who sold the product. Therefore, Cubot invites you to contact the retailer from whom you purchased the product.
Except prohibited by applicable law, all implied warranties (including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) shall be limited to the duration of this limited warranty. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on the duration of an implied warranty, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
HOW TO OBTAIN WARRANTY SERVICE
You should contact your purchase channel, including but not limited to offline authorized resellers, online shops and etc.. You can request warranty application to them and provide relevant certificates and materials as required by the purchase channel.
In accordance with applicable law, Cubot resellers or agents may require the customer to furnish proof of purchase details and warranty card with IMEI of the Product. It is your responsibility to backup any data, software, or other materials you may have stored or preserved on the product. It is likely that such data, software, or other materials will be lost or reformatted during service, and Cubot will not be responsible for any such damage or loss.
According to the official agreement, all after-sale support must be provided by the resellers where the customer purchased the device.
We are respecting our resellers Warranty Policy. If a dispute arises, the policies of the resellers will prevail over the policies of the manufacturer.
In the event of disputes between the vendor and the customer, Cubot can serve as referee between them. This rules only apply to the authorized dealers.
Authorized Dealers: Retailers who immersed official permission to sell Cubot devices. Such vendors usually listed in the “Where To Buy” section of our official website.

All Cubot product purchased from an authorized reseller has a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase, and our warranty covers all quality or manufacture related issues. It may be necessary for phones to be sent for testing to uncover any problem.
How to return your Cubot product?
Cubot products are sold through official resellers. Any warranty or return should be handled through the company the device was purchased from. If you have any questions regarding this please contact the reseller where you Cubot device was bought.

Usually we ship the order from our European warehouse and HK warehouse, so almost all European country can be delivered. Also we can ship to North America , Asia and Africa via Singapore post from our HK warehouse.

WHAT IS THE SHIPPING COST?
Currently, all Cubot products are offered free shipping for all phones but for some EU countries that our warehouse do not cover, we will charge more $6 if you choose the shipping service from our EU warehouse. Also, We will charge some shipping fee for the orders with accessories only. You can check the detail while checkout.
CAN I MODIFY MY DELIVERY ADDRESS?
1.After you place your order, you will not be able to change the shipping address;
2.If the order is not paid, you can close the order and make a new order;
3.If the order has been paid successfully with ONE Day, but no shipping information updated, you can contact the customer service to confirm whether you can change the shipping address;
4.If the order has been shipped, then any change of the shipping address is not supported;
5.Please contact us ASAP if you find any address error, but we can not afford the loss of transportation cost or the failure to receive the goods due to the wrong shipping address you submitted.
WHAT SHOULD I DO WHEN I RECEIVE MY DELIVERY?
All Cubot packages are perfectly sealed at the warehouse before they are shipped to you.
Upon receipt, please check the external condition of the package/box to see if there are signs of damage, or if the package has been opened during transit. We request you not to sign and accept the parcel if you are concerned about the condition of the shipment. Instead, hand the package back to the courier.
Please open your parcel in front of the courier to confirm the quantity and marque of merchandise and packing list. If there is anything abnormal, If you find that the product in the box is tampered or missing when you open the package, please ask the post office to provide official document, especially the claim request paper, take photos / unpack video and contact us.
