WHICH LOCATIONS DO YOU DELIVER TO?

 

Usually we ship the order from our European warehouse and UK warehouse, so almost all European country can be delivered. Some new products we can only send from CN warhouse, and for some countries charge shipping fee.

WHAT SHIPPING METHOD DO WE USE? 

 

Shipping from EU Local Warehouses:

Note:if we send your package out from other EU warehouse(not from local), normally you can receive your package within 7 days. 

 

Shipping from CN Warehouse:

Europe: 10-20 business days

North America:  10-20business days

Note:The transit time depends on where you're located and where your package comes from. If you want to know more information, please contact our customer service team. We will settle your problem asap.

 

WHAT IS THE SHIPPING COST?

 

Currently, all Cubot products are offered free shipping for all phones but for some EU countries that our warehouse do not cover, we will charge more 7-10 if you choose the shipping service from our EU warehouse. For New products which only can send from CN Warehouse, we may charge 20, (it contains Tax fee) for some countries which charge tariffs. You can check the detail while checkout. 

 

CAN I MODIFY MY DELIVERY ADDRESS?

 

1.After you place your order, you will not be able to change the shipping address;

2.If the order is not paid, you can close the order and make a new order;

3.If the order has been paid successfully with ONE Day, but no shipping information updated, you can contact the customer service to confirm whether you can change the shipping address;

4.If the order has been shipped, then any change of the shipping address is not supported;

5.Please contact us ASAP if you find any address error, but we can not afford the loss of transportation cost or the failure to receive the goods due to the wrong shipping address you submitted.

 

WHAT SHOULD I DO WHEN I RECEIVE MY DELIVERY?

 

All Cubot packages are perfectly sealed at the warehouse before they are shipped to you.

Upon receipt, please check the external condition of the package/box to see if there are signs of damage, or if the package has been opened during transit. We request you not to sign and accept the parcel if you are concerned about the condition of the shipment. Instead, hand the package back to the courier.

Please open your parcel in front of the courier to confirm the quantity and marque of merchandise and packing list. If there is anything abnormal, If you find that the product in the box is tampered or missing when you open the package, please ask the post office to provide official document, especially the claim request paper, take photos / unpack video and contact us.

WHERE IS THE WAREHOUSE LOCATION?

 

Our warehouse is located in China, Germany, Italy and Spain. And your order will be shipped from these warehouse.

 

ABOUT CUSTOMS TAX

 

If we send it from EU warehouse and Mexico warehouse, there is no customs fee.If from Chinese warehouse, EU countries and Mexico need pay custom fee by customers.If you need any help, don't hesitate to contact us.
